Skyrim.ini Settings for a good performance with Northern Grass
[Grass]
iMaxGrassTypesPerTexure=10
iMinGrassSize=50  <- on my former gtx 1080ti I had the value 65 and still a good grass density

I also have the uGrids value at 7 with me. This costs additional performance, but gives a better range of vision by preloading additional cells. However, this change should be carefully considered! It is not possible to change this back without significant problems with the current state of the game.
