I have pretty much the same mods, but lighting is a bit too strong with your preset, not subtle like on your screenshots.
I had to set PointLightingIntensity interior to about 0.65 and exterior to a bout 0.45 to get less overbright lights.
If you do, what are your install preferences?
Like, do you install it with all requirements (like Mathy's mods, STAC etc), or not?
Do you use included xEdit script afterwards?
ENBLight with the default settings, no additional mods or scripts. Perhaps some of the meshes and particle systems are changed by Embers XD.
BTW- I mention your mod in nearly every one of my recent screenshots. I can't say enough good things about it. :-)
