Food for thought: Dragon Aspect is a Shout uniquely useful to Dragonborn. Mere mortal Tongues are not a Dragon Soul encapsulated in a Mortal Body, so they have no Inner Dragon. Dragons are already draconic in body, so it's useless to them.

Where else besides Miraak and the Last Dragonborn have we seen a Dragonborn channel their Inner Dragon? Martin Septim. When he shattered the Amulet of Kings, he absorbed a whole stack of not just dragon souls, but dragonborn souls. With such a huge stack of Mortal Dragons imbued into him, he channeled something like Dragon Aspect, except exponentially more powerful. He became an Avatar of Akatosh; the Divine Covenant given physical form in the Mundus.

Oh yeah, I've been polishing my Dragon Aspect Enhancement mod. For those of you unfamiliar with it, it features hands. And legs. And feet. And a lack of silly dragon heads on the forelimbs and crotch (what was with that?). And some extra ability effects so that all kill skills benefit, not just the melee skills.

There used to be a tail version, but I haven't figured out how to implement it. Is there a way to get it to work with XPMS?
