Anyone seen this in Skyrim modding?

This is the armor that Ciri wears in my Witcher 3 setup, based on this W3 mod.
Does anyone know if it has been ported to Skyrim from somewhere? I don't know what the armor is actually called, so I haven't been able to do any google searches for it...
I'd love to have this in my Skyrim load order!

I like the mod, and if it were simply a new creation (not based off the W3 mod) I would have nothing but positive things to say about it... However the original W3 mod is god-tier, so even though this port is basically good, I've been spoiled too much by the original.
The port has some problems with it, but I don't want to complain like a spoiled brat. I respectfully pointed out a couple of things I saw with it, including some mesh and texture issues (maybe with the normal maps or something) but even just doing that I kind of felt like a douche.
I can't imagine how much work goes into that stuff, I so I still applaud the people who do it even if there are flaws.
But like I said, it's hard to complain about free content that people worked on and shared with their own free time. And like I said, the original mod is probably some of the best "from scratch" armour ever created on the internet... I mean that.
