She's gorgeous. Looks like you need to sculpt smooth or deflate the eyebrows in the head mesh. You are probably using a high poly head which doesn't match perfectly with your eyebrow mod; that's probably why the eyebrow is breaking up on the tail end.
Very nice work! Better female eyebrows (BellaBrows12.dds - and perhaps others) actually has/have intentional gaps at the end of select brow(s) as seen here (as I have used before) but not sure if that's the case in this capture; nevertheless, beautiful character!
