It looks really good for a first time mod. Refraction isn't that hard of an effect to do either, basically you just need another mesh/copy of the blade that uses the normal as the diffuse texture and then have the right flags checked (which I forgot)... right this is special edition though.
There will also be a non-enchanted version most likely for people that want to enchant it themselves
