some textures are missing it looks like to me. check back where you downloaded and make sure instructions aren't including some other mod that has to be installed to make the one you have work. if that isn't it it could be it is different body from what your character is; ie cbbe vs unpb etc hope this helps
Definitely wierd! Not sure I can help though. The skirt looks different to the one in the Nier mod I have?. Have you built it in bodyslide? You could try using outfit studio and re-referencing your body (cbbe or another)?
well i only re built on the bodyslide, and this happened and it's the only outfit in the mod that actually "work" the others are just triangle that glow in red. And the skirt is from another mod the nier skirt that i have do the same weird thing than the dress
