I will experiment with this mod but at this time there are some significant limitations:
1. - Unfortunately, the "Face part slider" in "Head" section is not available in the Race Menu SE version.
In other words you are limited to the face design that comes with the mod?
2. It only supports Fair Skin Complexion textures at this time.
I will test it with my personal preferences in skin textures.

I saw the mod listed under new mods for today but I had no idea it was a new addition to Racemenu with a new head mesh.
Hopefully the mod becomes popular and the developers will have incentive to develop it further.
Item 1. that I listed is a quote from their description page. I guess I am not sure what they mean by "Face part slider" in the "Head" section. Perhaps it is just one slider that is not available in the SE version that is available in the LE version which is why they cited the omission.

As such they should have named the mod something that reflects that gravity; something like:
Character Creation Revolution :)
The current name, Charmers of the Reach, led me to believe that it was simply on overhaul of NPC's associated with the Reach.
Also, the introduction of 8 plugins for a single mod is not reasonable; I have enabled only the Nord plugin for now for testing.
