   Try replacing the BSLightingShaderProperty branch of your model with one from a working model (vanilla armor for instance)

   Are you using SSE Engine fixes? If so, search for EngineFixes.ini in the Skse folder and change this line: "BSLightingShaderForceAlphaTest" from "true" to "false" because that is giving to some users, problems with some armor mods, etc.
