Tiberius Colovia Cosades - The Dragonborn Legate

Hailing from Kvatch, Tiberius Colovia Cosades (Age 50) was born in 4E 151 to a Altmeri mother and a Imperial warrior-nobleman of the disavowed House Cosades of Colovia. 

Unlike the contemporary theories written within the Racial Phylogeny; Tiberius inherited most of his physical features and traits from his Imperial father - whilst retaining a High Elven's lifespan and height. Notably, he is also the direct descendant of Caius Cosades, a Blades agent serving in Morrowind during the reign of Uriel Septim VII and Artorius Cosades, a popular Imperial Legion veteran turned Champion of Cyrodiil and Count of Kvatch during the Oblivion Crisis of 3E 433.

House Cosades of Colovia

Tiberius' historical story stretches back during the Stormcrown Interregnum, when the Dragon Throne was left empty by the end of the Oblivion Crisis of 3E 433.  Two Great Houses of Colovia - House Cosades and House Mede allied themselves to restore order to the chaotic rule of Thules the Gibbering. Both houses, under the leadership of Artorius Cosades and Titus Mede, managed to amass their armies and succesfully overthrew Thules from the seat of governance.

Yet the powerful alliance came into disarray as the Medes broke their oath that sealed the alliance from its start - by claiming the Dragon Throne.

The Cosades were loyal servants of the Septim Dynasty; generations of the household had always served the Septims as Imperial Dragonguards and Legionnaires. Even as the Septim bloodline ended, the Cosades could not bare the thought that the Third Empire befall to an illegitimate dynasty of Emperors. 

Offered to serve as High Chancellor by Titus Mede, the prideful Champion of Cyrodiil initially refused the offer. Mede did not respond well. He knew by having Artorius in his side, he would have the approval of the Elder Council as well as the people of Cyrodiil. He had to appointment Artorius as High Chancellor, no matter the cost. 

Feared that more in-fightings will occur, Artorius Cosades gave in and served as High Chancellor of the newly-established Fourth Empire.

Artorius' administrative rule as High Chancellor would not last long as relations between the Cosades and the Medes would deteriorate further over the years.

The Cosades' resentment with the Medes still looms over the centuries. This grudge, however, will change the course of history of Tamriel in the forthcoming years.
