I was doing the Potema quests in Solitude, and was asked to talk to Styrr. Except he wasn't in the hall of the dead, and the map marker pointed somewhere else entirely. Curious, I followed it to... the Winking Skeever? And that's where I found Styrr, completely wasted at noon on a weekday. For shame.
