i need help from good people of modding comunnity

I've modded my game with 673 mods god bless all of those who created them,
made my game ever so beautiful and so enjoyable except for one huge
problem, my character crosshair is fixed in third person on its head
(blocks my vew and i can't see the enemy on crosshair instead i see my
character),  character is also centered on the screen (in 3rd person)
and now i cant aim properly in third person, i dont use any of camera
mods so its really annoying and nervewrecking please someone help me
with this, i'll post my screenshot, please people help before i break my
computer to peaces :(
