did you get the animations to work in your port? (her combat stance, necklace/earrings etc) and would you be able to give me some hints how to do it if you did? I've got the ported one from SSE but her necklace doesnt show up and her custom anims weren't ported with it.
I use the vanilla animations, you can translate her animations easly but they will replace the normal once too like she uses sword animation xy then your vanilla sword animation xy will be changed as well, there are ways to make that standalone for the npc but I have no idea about that
