Very nice use of the CFL preset to create an ominous theme.
I generally disable the dark ENB rain (rain appears white in reality) but it seems very appropriate for this theme.
    Well done!!

Maybe I ought to try that CFL!! This is pretty much how I like my game to look!

CFL II has a pretty nice balance between ready-to-use presets and customization features. There are a total of 10 "Bleak" presets (I think I was using no. 9 or 10, but manually tweaked the clouds and sky). The one big problem I encountered with this preset though was that Ysolda and the townspeople outdoors were almost neon-glowing. I guess it was the pale skin contrasting against an otherwise very dark and green/grey toned color pallet. If you look in the 2nd to last shot (overlooking Whiterun and the mountains), look at the bottom of the frame underneath the arch: you can just see Ysolda's head and that's how lit up it was after I toned it down.

Thanks! It was a pretty stark contrast to the vanilla lighting/coloring. It really did make Skryim out to look like a H.P. Lovecraft horror movie.

Well it wouldn't be bleak if it was pretty rain :p

I was messing around with the refraction levels and motion stretch so it may have been more me than Obsidian Weathers.
