To get 'Animated Feathered Wings' and 'Animated Dragon Wings' MODs to fly, install the below TWO additional items. 


Real Flying SE

(on its own it is already able to fly by default, but the below MOD needs this as a master)

'Real Flying Addon' - (required for the two animated wing MODs)

(you equip a 'flight mode' item and in fact can fly even without the feathered or dragon wing MODs... but they should react accordingly)


The above doesn't have all the animations for body and wing movement created yet, but it works.
