I don't install any weapon skeleton mod in this screenshot.
Here's how you can do it:
Equip a weapon and shield first, such as an iron waraxe and iron shield in the screenshot, then type console command: "duplicateallitems player" from someone who wears different things. Then, type console command: "showracemenu" and then finish the race menu. You'll find that you've worn 2 sets of equipment in visual. Actually you still wear your original armour.

Type "tfc", then wait whatever hours you want. For instance, 24 hours, you'll find that it goes to tomorrow immediately.
