The exterior shots look too bright and washed out for an overcast day for my taste. PRT is obviously an incredibly designed ENB but it is complex/overkill for my requirements. Translation: I'm ignorant and don't understand how to adjust it to my taste. hahaa
Not a fan of that tree in front of the Sleepy Giant Inn. Overall I love Mathy's work but that tree looks out of place/not immersive and the bark doesn't look realistic; never seen a tree that looks like that in real life. But I suppose I have led a sheltered life considering my longevity. :)
It's all a matter of taste really, I love the overcast weathers from PRT. As for the tree, I was like you at first but, it has grown on me alot.
Hahaa, I see what you did there.
Not to over analyze the issue (though that's what I do :)
That tree based on the leaves/needles is oviously supposed to be a coniferous type tree like a spruce, pine, helmlock, etc.
The bark on such trees, at least here in North America tends to be flaky like a Loblolly or Slash Pine tree.

The bark on that tree looks like it would be more suitable for a hardwood type tree.
Just saying....
Then again it's Skyrim so maybe coniferous trees and hardwoods started cross pollinating. Sounds like a scandal. :)
