I do not deserve such praise. The kudos should go to :
a)David Grotewold : cuirass, pauldrons, arm harness, leg harness (with the exeption of the sabatons and greaves-these come straight from original Mordau) who created the Milanese armor for Aeternis mod and many other historicaly accurate armor pieces-check his amazing work at his Art Station page.
b)Mordau's 3D artists.Greaves,sabatons,gauntlets,chausses,helmet,coif,mail skirt (edited).
I ported the pieces and worked on them to adapt them to Skyrim pose/body/weights and did a lot of work to split the leg harness to thigh harness and knee-shin harness. It took quite an amount of effort, but nowhere near the effort it took those professionals to create the original pieces.
YG. The armor is a private mod and I do not intent to publish anything without the original creators approval.
I understand, obtaining approval and giving proper credit is important. I use Mordau's stuff in my mods as well, and it doesn't look nearly as good as you're work.
My mod Mortum Castle Take a look and scroll through the pictures and you'll see some of the armors I've put together. I think you and me are trying to achieve the same thing when it comes to historically accurate looking armor, however you're work is far more superior!
I was going to make an historically accurate armor overhaul mod for all of the armors in game, but after seeing you're work I've decided to scrap that idea an have moved on to something else. I would rather have you're mod in my load order than anything I could ever make anyway. I am greatly anticipating you're mod when it's done.
Oh no no no , do not stop working on your armor mod, just because the harnesses I make are "better". My mod has a long way to go and it might even never be published. I have to tell you, many of the armors you put together look very good if not 100% historically accurate.
