Renamed the place to Lotch, I'll use Ston as a name for another Colovian location in Falkreath Hold.

Finished the exterior, designed the npcs and planned out the quests there. It will be a dungeon initially, taken over recently by an dragon cult from Cyrodiil. After a quest it will transform into a small settlement.

The building on the left in the upper and bottom picture on the left is a chapel of Akatosh. The central building is a old residence of some Colovian nobles who died out a long time ago. The building on the right will be a library after the quest. The tower on the left will be a guard tower after the quest. The tower on the right in the upper right picture will house a blacksmith after a additional quest after the place has been cleared out.
