Markarth Side. It's in Arena. When in Arena, was Markarth Side actually Markarth, or was it a small town on the Markarth Side of Dragon Bridge? Who knows. Anyway, I put this town in the spot where it is on the Arena map which is opposite side of the river and south from Dragons Bridge. Still in WIP but about 90% done.
Will have a player home with room for a follower, spouse, and 2 kids. Also has all crafting stations and armory. There is also a garden outside with 12 garden spots.
The town features an inn/pub, blacksmith, clothing store, magic shop, apothecary, and general good. Trainers in apothecary, blacksmithing, and magic. There is also two market stalls, one for jewelry and one for meat/food.
There is a garrison and town guards on patrol, farm animals, people walking around, a waterfall, etc.
All the NPCs have lives and things to do.

I wish modders would quit making cool-looking towns!
