Trying to make a world space the has it's own celestial bodies without changing Skyrim's night sky.  Just retexturing the moons won't work, so I figured I'd try adding some planets and moons to the Stars.nif.  I still haven't figured out how to get a mask behind the planet. I tried adding one and it blacks the planet out.  But, it's getting there. If anyone has any suggestions, please feel free.
