HOW, HOW the puck do you do this. Does render loads everything, why lod is so godly? Do you use any cloud mods or whatsoever?

LOL, if you had asked me this near the beginning of starting SSE, I would have said "ugridstoload=7". But over much scrounging for available info out there, I abandoned that (went back to ugrids 5). What ended up giving me the best bang for the buck is a combination of:

      -DynDOLOD
-aggressive values for the general fLargeRefMinSize, uLargeRefLODGridSize settings
-aggressive values for the specific "LOD level" and "distance" settings (there are many, e.g. for trees, grass, light, etc.)

I would say, don't go too crazy with fLargeRefMinSize, uLargeRefLODGridSize though, as it can start to feel like very high ugrids values (i.e. gets chuggy), with diminishing returns.

As for clouds: Obsidian Mountain Fogs. If you are already running Obsidian Weathers and Seasons though, you won't need this. (I am running NAT.)
