Hmm, I don't think I would create a face like that in Fallout. In Fallout you play as a married husband/wife and father/mother. The character here is much younger.
In addition, the lighting of the face and body in Skyrim is significantly better than in Fallout. And thats a biiiig point!
Final point: My Fallout character cannot be easily loaded from just a preset. But I have already made everything available to recreate the character there. Textures, presets and layers (tattoos).
