A new small location from the quest mod.
Was also able to sucessfuly implement a good chunk of dialogue and a few steps of Velent's quest.
For the part of the quest that plays out in Attribution's Share (realm of Boethiah) I also made a small track since the existing base game music didn't feel right there.
