Turns out Skyrim had the ring of khajiiti mesh and textures in the bsa-they were just never implemented.  The texture size was 256, so I retextured it in a 2048 size.  I kept the Skyrim mesh and basic design, went with a Morrowind colored band, and Oblivion colored stones.  Hope you like.

Er... I believe Meridia was associated with the Ring of Khajiiti, rather than Mephala. Could be wrong, but that's as I remember it. Granted, it is strange that a stealth artifact would be associated with Meridia rather than Mephala or Nocturnal so whatever works!

In Daggerfall and Oblivion, the Ring of Khajiiti was given to the player upon completion of Meridia's quest.
In Morrowind, the ring of Khajiiti is given by Mephala for completion of her quest,
In (a) lore book(s) it was stolen by Rajhin, the thief god, from the eighth arm of Mephala.
So, The artifact has been linked to two daedric princes. I believe it has a more obvious connection with Mephala due to the nature of the artifact. I also value lore books a tad more than game quest.
Also, This will be used in Apotheosis, and Meridia has more artifacts than Mephala, so we gave ownership to Mephala.

      By the way:

Savior's hide has been associated with both Malacath and Hircine.

The Spear of Bitter Mercy has been associated with both Sheogorath and Hircine.

      This isn't uncommon:p Blame Bethesda.
