Following in the mantras of Sotha Sil: Watch, Wonder, Build, Tear Down, the Guild of Technomancers work hard to carry on his legacy. And with the help of Telvanni Cyberpunks who recreated the Fabrication process, the guild constructed the Clockwork City Version 2.0 on the moon. A bigger and better technomancer sanctuary where technology continues to progress unhindered by the meddling of the governments of Nirn.

The Thalmor constantly try to invade this city but have been unable to get through the sophisticated magi-tech defenses that guard the location. It is not known how to reach Clockwork City 2.0 but there are multiple theories as to how the technomancers do so. These theories range from a secret portal system to special mounts that can reach the surface of the moon.
