This is quite a nice and pretty peaceful way to play

You do not need to dungeon crawl if you don't want to

The times you need to fight are quite few Especially if you have the calm spell And if you are forced to kill  Have some destruction spell at hand
This way you don't need to drag any weapon around in Skyrim

And you can spend your days just wandering around picking ingrediences, make potions to sell and explore the country

The clothing / armor mod are The Alcmest's Westment mod
If you add the Technicolour Alchemy Overhaul mod you will get a lot more different ingrediences to pick on your journeys. Some of them you can see in this shot

This way, you can set up an Alchemy lab whenever you want to.
