This is a custom idea/mod that I was making for a while, it uses some files from other mods (like CC for some Deadlands stuff, Skyblivion, Oblivion and my own replacers, etc.). It's a whole new hand crafted region of the Deadlands, with a gate in skyrim, and with interiors and is fully navmeshed. It's just nostalgia, I don't plan to release it anytime soon, since I'd have to remove all/most dependencies, which would be a shame... So it's more just for show! Hope that answers your question :)
