   I always tend to think of the script extender crew in the terms of a firehouse crew.  The alarm goes off, they leap into action, slide down the pole and hop onto the fire engine to roar off to put out the fire.   I find their dedication and response admirable.
   
   Good to hear at least this part of that frickin' update was fixed.  I'm sure that there are some SKSE-dependent mods that will need further tweaking before they work, but at least one major thing is taken care of.

      What you say is true and also aplies to many of the other modding teams. The SSE engine fixes mod has been updating and meh321 seems to have nailed it with a new Address Library. The last is mentioned in the article you pointed out in the recent past but this is not all clear to me be cause we have a update and product under the same name. Very confusing, I hope that gets clarrified.

   Thanks for the heads up, Doug, this is good news. After the laborious operation I did to Anniversary Edition to restore my SSE, for now I prefer not to update! I will do it when I verify, looking at the experience of others, that the mods continue to work without problems.
   
   I put the same face of the guy in your picture when my Skyrim was updated!

      Very welcome. I am going to start the Conan Exiles soon. Doubt if I will give them $20.00 for a game I already purchased. The real question is, who sold out to who? They are practicing some shady ethics when the only way to keep your game running is to play in "Offline Mode"

   I had already done the Best of Both Worlds patch and have been enjoying the new fishing mod so I will likely do the full upgrade now.
   Question: Has Racemenu been updated? Have you tested Racemenu since the Anniversary update?

      Thanks for commenting. I have not tested anything with the new update, I prefer to give the author time to do their magic. I do have choices since I have more than one computer. I may buy the Aniversary Update or I may throw rocks at all this and build a house. What would be a better use of my time?

      Understood and yea, I just went to the Racemenu forum and no, it hasn't been updated, and yes, players still aren't able to run it with the AE update.
      So, I will wait on doing the full AE update until Racemenu and probably many other mods, catch up with updates.
      As for use of time: I am retired and gaming is my main hobby but yea, there are definitely more constructive ways to spend time. hahaa
      I currently playing Enderal SE and enjoying it and I did the Best of Both Worlds patch so I'm enjoying fishing and exploring the other content though granted Racemenu is not working with that patch. 
      But I don't need to make any changes to Amber at this time or start a new game so I'm good for now.

       Back-up your files first. Hugo actually repaired his game when it failed after an unwanted update, that is a post worth reading if your intentional update fails.
