I've never actually played through the Dark Brotherhood questline myself, but I really like Cicero's character and design. Most of his facial features I've kept true to the original, though I did want his eyes to evoke a bit more mystery. The make-up was inspired by a lot of fanart I've seen that leans into the Fool of Hearts vibe with a touch of 18th century aristocracy - because why not?
