I'm currently loading up my new machine, the Millennium Falcon. I've started with my newest titles that have no mods, Horizon Zero Dawn and Outer Worlds. I haven't been able to play either very well on my laptop. I've already started both up on the tower and not a spot of lag in site! Loving it! Then Greedfall and Witcher 3 are lightly modded, they'll be next before I get back to SSE. This time I'm redoing and relearning everything from the ground up, including putting a partition on my SSD just for my Steam games to avoid using that Program Files (x86) default folder location. Rebuilding my LO from the ground up, even adding ENB for the first time ever. I'll be honored to include some of your girls. Cassadora is my current favorite. But, this new girl could give Cass a run for her money. Extra love for Sneak and One Hand perks, maybe some archery. Love a good dual wielding ranger. I can always use another, especially one this lovely! <3 Her eyes look purple. I love purple irises She looks like an assassin! I specialize in playing assassins, brother! Hahaha She won't need any spells because she's already put a spell on me! Anyway... That's how I see her. I like my followers simple with no necromancy. I can always teach them any spells they might need. I can teach them any/every spell I know using AFT commands. Love my AFT! But, there is no rush. I know you are taking a vacation from modding... technically. So, am I in a way. I'm taking a break from even using mods to get myself acclimated on my new machine and just have some fun without mods for a change. No LO to optimize... No Vortex stuff to manage... Just play... Well this one is actually Myrrin, But she very different from what's on the nexus. I got half way through a compilation project that made all my works high poly. It's still a lot of work ahead ^^
No hurries, no worries, brother. Things will happen when they happen. I'm considering converting to hi poly head and possibly BHUNP as well on my new machine. Things have come a long way since the boxy bum of the the old UUNP! Hahaha I really like the look of the new BHUNP. So, it's time to try stepping up from my CBBE SE comfort zone. As I mentioned earlier, I'll be learning modding skills in addition to all the other changes. I'm also retired with no schedule. So, there is no hurry, no time clock to punch, nowhere else I need to be. You seem to be younger than this crusty old geezer. So, you likely have employment to consume large portions of time, making your game and creative time all the more scarce and precious. But, those precious times are yours to do with as you want and will. So, things will happen in due time. Take all the time you need. There is no time clock to punch, no boss looking over your shoulder, no deadlines or demands on you here in this space... just your creativity and imagination set free. Since this is Myrrin I must ask, is she still a vampire? That was the only reason that I haven't tried the original Myrrin yet. But, no worries if she is. That's one of the first things I want to learn is how to change things in existing follower mods and npc replacers... anything from perks and primary skills to vampire settings to more simple things like body, hairstyle and makeup. I'll likely convert most of the followers I use to be a default body format. I'm also planning to put them all into one consolidated mod. It won't be something I can publish, just for me, because it will combine the work of a few dozen different authors, including the imminent trustypilot284. If and when I make changes to any of your lovely and lethal ladies, I'll send you some images so you may share in what I've learned and what I've done. But, I'll most likely never change Cassadora. She's perfect. In that same token, don't be surprised if I take a few of your vampires to Falion for the cure. I have plenty of black soul gems to spare Hahaha I have a rather strong Van Helsing streak in me. You won't catch me playing as a vampire and only rarely making friends with one. I'd been playing Elryn as Sybille's secret lover as her reason to be in the Blue Palace every day. There's no way she would bow and scrape to Elisif. I love Elisif but I highly doubt any vampire could. Elisif is far too naïve to earn the respect of any vampire. Even Sybille, advisor to the court since Torygg's father, talks about her ultimate dethroning. Maybe that's part of one of my many mods. But, the dialogue is vanilla voiced. Yes, my game is all about the role play. Each and every new follower and NPC that I add becomes part of the story I'm telling myself. My combat tactics are always the sneaky sniper. It's the personality of each of my characters that changes. I like the challenge of coming up with the thought process behind why this new dragonborn would choose to make some of the same decisions as my last. Some characters help folks because they are basically good folks, others do it for gold, others to feed their own ego with the adoration of others, to lord it over them, while others just say, "naff off! Can't you see I'm busy!" So, they are all different in that respect. But, each and every one is an assassin first. Need to wrap this here... Phat is straight rambling now. Sure I've chewed your ear enough for today...
I have no idea how long it will take this old dog to learn all these new tricks. But, as long as this crippled old body still draws breath, I have nothing but time.
