   My Guess is the area North of WhiteRun by the Weynon Stones. That's a good central area for a build.

   Well it's gotta be in the north somewhere in the foothills of a mountain range, possibly the southern end of the Pale, there's lots of uplands there. It also could be in the Northern end of east march, probably in the north eastern quadrant.  On the other hand there are some pretty high, cold and snowy country south of Falkreath where bloodlet throne is. If I had to guess, it would be there. The question is, is it a new settlement, or a remake of a vanilla one? And if it is a new one, who is it for? But,I have to be honest, I have no idea beyond that.
