Open bodyslide

Look below on the right (of the menu)

Click ⬅️ (the arrow)

This will copy the high weight settings to the low weight setting.

Do this with every part or outfit of the body (body, hands feet, hat, potential schlong)

Open skyrim

Open racemenu

Change your characters weight to change the weight
