Playable Race & Vampires
The perks that get added to playable races and vampires are depicted in the table below.

These custom perks are designed to activate once the minimum level is met and to deactivate automatically if an NPC already has one of the perks. For those interested, the way these perks function is through a get level condition in the perks themselves. So all NPCs receive their class' perks no matter what level they are but the perks don't actually do anything until the NPC is at the appropriate level in the table above. This gets around Skyrim's issue with disturbing new perks to NPCs on level up.

In addition, all magic-using NPCs receive armor spell-casting perks as a failsafe to ensure they can cast spells if spawned in wearing armor.

Race Specific Perks & Spells

If a NPC is from a vanilla race, then Requiem for the Indifferent usually does a a good job of giving it the proper "RFTI_Trait" perks and spells but it never distributes Armor Penetration Perks. Additionally, Requiem's base patcher never gives new races  "RFTI_Trait"s as well.
Requiem - Auto NPC Patcher fixes that.
If a new NPC's race matches one of the races in the the table below, it will receive the appropriate perks and spells associated with that race if it does not already posses them.
Additionally, if an NPC is from a new race that is a copy of of one races below, they will also receive spells and perks appropriately.

*Note if Fozar's Dragonborn Patch is not installed, then FZR_Traits will not be distributed.

Then, Draugr and Falmer receive these additional perks as well:

Draugr Perks

Falmer Perks

*Requiem only give these perks to boss Falmer. Therefore, these Falmer perks are a custom copy of vanilla Requiem perks set to activate at level 38 (The typical level of Falmer bosses in Skyrim). If an NPC already has these perks, they do not activate.
