To quickly change the makeup, you need to go to your Game Data file:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data

Then go to Textures\actors\character\facegendata\facetint\Asmodeus_LarkinL.esp 

There you will find 4 different textures, the main one consisting of 8 numbers without extention.

1  - Rename the main by adding an extension
ex: 00000000__4

2 - Rename the one you are interested in, remove the extension "__?" but keep the 8 numbers of the ID

And that's it, all you have to do is launch your game and enjoy the character.

You can even do it during the game, but you will have to open the console, click on the follower and type Disable and Enable, in principle it works better in exterior...
