Lyssia will currently interact with the following characters:

Olaf - A character in the mod. Quest-aware and has many dialogues and banter, including with Serana.
Serana - A large number of dialogues and banter (SDA patch may come in the future)
Frea - Dialogue and banter.
Ysolda - A large amount of dialogue and banter.
Neloth - Dialogue and banter.
Balgruuf - Dialogue and banter(after becoming Dragonborn)
Adrianne - A large amount of dialogue and banter. 
Jenassa - Banter
Aela - Dialogue and banter (but not while Aela is a follower)
Mirabell - Dialogue
Carlotta - Banter
Nazeem - Several dialogues
