A: The files needed to generate SFO 3D Trees with DynDOLOD Alpha 3. Please read up carefully how to use DynDoLOD3.
STEP forums for example is great for help or guides.

B: Pre-generated - if you don't want to dive into how to use DynDoLOD to create 3D LOD's this version is already generated over vanilla Skyrim + SFO.  
This is a big download since it has the entire landscape + the trees generated as hi-detailed 3D LODs.
