Enhanced Character Edit (ECE) Users
Manually download R246 CME Slot Presets for ECE. Extract the files contained within this archive to
Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\CME_save
(This assumes you're using Windows 10, previous versions of Windows might use slightly different Documents and My Games folder names).
If the CME_save folder doesn't exist, create it. ECE will not create the folder itself until you save to a CME Slot. The Skyrim Special Edition folder will already exist as this is where SkyrimSE places ini files and savegames.

To use a preset, select Slot Loading in ECE and navigate to the slot number you want to use. The R246 CME Slot number is contained in the filenames (30, 32, 33, 34 and 36). ECE names its slots 1 through 40. You cannot use unique names for slots. Managing slots is slightly awkward due to this system.
RaceMenu Users
Download R246 RaceMenu Presets. This file can be installed with a mod manager as RaceMenu stores presets inside the Skyrim SE data folder. The exact path for RaceMenu presets is:
Data\SKSE\Plugins\CharGen\Presets

To use a preset in RaceMenu, select the Presets tab (top right of RaceMenu UI there are several tabs), and click or use hotkey F9 Load Preset. R246 presets carry the prefix "R246" and usually the Race the preset is intended for.
You can load the presets into any race, but be aware that the presets are saved with race specific headparts and racial morphs. This applies to all RM presets, not just mine. The game uses racial morphs to make the human races look a bit differerent from each other. Obviously elven and orc races have far more drastic racial morphs so I wouldn't recommend loading human presets into any races other than human ones, or really into any race other than what the preset was made for. What you do with your own game is none of my concern though, so have at it. I honestly don't care :P
