The conflict are only 3 records where the OWL item is added to their lvllist.

Open Permission, feel free to upload, modify or do whatever you like with it. Also contains modgroup for use with xedit veryquickshowconflicts
Edit: Trade&Barter has open permissions for patches as stated on the modpage:
"You are allowed to create compatibility patches for this mod as long as the patch requires that the user download the main file from this page in order to work."
