Skyrim Special Edition

Before using a compatibility patch, make sure it supports the latest version of this mod. Using an outdated compatibility patch may cause issues.

Known compatibility list

  • Aetherial Traveller: Compatibility patch available on the Aetherial Traveller page.
    [list]
  • Armor Rating Redux: Compatible. Change the armor rating formula in Armor Rating Redux to something other than Hyperbolic because it causes enemies with negative armor (due to Harrier) to take no damage instead of increased damage.
  • ASIS: Compatible. Add Imperious to the ASIS block list to prevent it from multiplying Dunmer Spirit Walk or treating triggered effects as spells and giving them to mage NPCs.
  • Brawl Bugs Patch: Not compatible. The Brawl Bugs Patch is outdated and does not fix all instances where a brawl is erroneously interrupted. Ordinator comes with the more effective Modern Brawl Bug Fix, so the Brawl Bugs Patch is no longer necessary and can be uninstalled.
  • Campfire: Compatible. According to the Campfire site, Campfire comes with an outdated fix for the "Brawl Bug", while Imperious comes with the more effective Modern Brawl Bug Fix. Load Ordinator below Campfire to prevent potential issues when participating in brawls.
  • Character Creation Overhaul (CCO): Compatible. CCO has been designed to not modify existing records, ensuring compatibility.
  • Disparity: Compatibility patch available on the downloads page. Warning: Do not change the option "Use Modified Abilities" in Disparity.
  • Enhanced Blood Textures: Compatible. Enhanced Blood Textures comes with an outdated fix for the "Brawl Bug", while Imperious comes with the more effective Modern Brawl Bug Fix. Load Imperious after Enhanced Blood Textures.
  • Ethereal Elven Overhaul (EEO): Third party compatibility patch available (SSE)
  • Immersive NPCs in the Dark: Compatible. Immersive NPCs in the Dark comes with an outdated fix for the "Brawl Bug", while Imperious comes with the more effective Modern Brawl Bug Fix. Load Imperious after Immersive NPCs in the Dark.
  • Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim: Compatible.
  • Perkus Maximus (PerMa): Compatible. Bosmer Green Pact still displays the vanilla skill names, but a compatibility patch just for this is fairly pointless.
  • RaceMenu: Compatible. Load Imperious after RaceMenu.
  • Requiem: Third party compatibility patch available (classic).
  • RS Children: Incompatible. A third party compatibility patch is available (SSE), but there are many reports that it actually breaks racial conditions.
  • Skyrim Redone (SkyRe): Compatible. Don't use the SkyRe Races Module.
  • Weapon Parry Standalone: Compatible. Weapon Parry Standalone comes with an outdated fix for the "Brawl Bug", while Imperious comes with the more effective Modern Brawl Bug Fix. Load Imperious after Weapon Parry Standalone.
  • Windsong Immersive Character Overhaul (WICO): Compatible.
Compatibility with other mods
  • Imperious is compatible with body mods.
  • Imperious modifies RACE records and will conflict with other mods that affect races.
  • Replacing racials in an existing save is tricky, see "Applying this mod to an existing savegame" in the mod description.
