I use a mod by Gamwich (if you haven't already, definitely check out his work! ), which is actually for Classic Skyrim, but it works well in SSE: Solveig Cinematic Sunglare, https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36917/?
I also use a couple of weather mods: Climates of Tamriel and True Storms (there is a patch to make them work together). Plus, I tweak my lighting with Imaginator.
I tried all the mods you mention about weather and it was really immersive. But one day for an unknown reason, my game refused to load, after trying many ways to fix it I uninstalled it. Now I think that my mods are now ok but no weather except the Enb. ... And for sure the solveig Sunglare, it adds a real, nice and intense ambiance. Thank to you and the modder.
