Flavor text: Use this relic to interrupt Namira's minions at the high ritual site.

ESO's version was just a bruised human hand.  I wanted a slightly more sinister artifact so I used the draugr hand model.  Apotheosis will most likely feature a different model.  I've requested that the artifact be made from Namira's model so a better model should be in Apotheosis (Namira's model has not been made yet).  As always, I'm open to constructive criticism and suggestions.
