   Yep, it's a semi-random event.
   Anytime you drop something valuable, there's a chance people nearby will fight over it.
   
   For some reason though, every time I've watched someone demonstrate it, it's always in Riften X'D

      When I'm not raging at the core systems that don't even come close to working properly, I'm often marveling at things like this that I took years to discover, are completely unnecessary, and really neat touches.
      
      It does seem appropriate for everyday life in Riften, or possibly Markarth. I wonder if I can make the kids fight over stuff too.
