Clockwork Castle is next on my to-play list, so I cannot comment on that one ... yet.
Helgen Reborn is a must play, simply because of how well it restores Helgen to its former glory without too many cheesy elements (a handful, yes, but nothing that ruins the game for me).
Falskaar needs to be fleshed out better. There are some nice elements, but I always feel like the world I'm playing in is a rectangular sandbox with little attention to the overworld environment. There needs to be an plot twist or two thrown in, but it's just a bit on the vanilla side for me.
Maids II: Deception does not get a lot of general traffic because it is listed as an ADULT mod. I find it's adult content to be rather minor. Maids II will mess with your head as the story is THAT intricate. Don't bother looking for a "Maids I" as it is not for Skyrim. If you have not tried this mod, give it a shot. This one is a lot like an airplane taking off. You slowly begin to sense things are not right, and suddenly, all of Skyrim is meaningless next to this mod.
My only real criticism is that at times things seemed not to work, like in Heaven's Divide during the mage trial, and things aren't clear at times, like where the boat in Dawnstar is.

TL;DR: Clockwork Castle should replace Adal Matar on this list.

Means that they simply like movies and talking about them basically. Not an actual 'writes two thousand word articles on the newest hits' film critic.
falskaar--- the jarl was too pushy (he was like come traveler let us do this do that), and questline is not too immersion friendly, your quest-tied companions power pushes everything you can't eat/sleep during deep dungeons (its a bit reasonable as they where racing against time on who gets stuff anyway), and sneaking ain't an option either as "npc's were like, oh an enemy~ chaaaarge", voice acting is awesome but too heavy on accents unlike vanilla VA in which accents where toned down, but they used good mics, it even supports 5.1 surround whoot~ whoot~, companion friendly except the MQ where trap doors= trapped companions, story line is awesome, and background was also well made like falskaar really exist in tamriel, it may have a few rough edges but its almost like an official DLC (also a minor error, inn was not given a name, all inns has their own names godammit)
undeath--- was well done npc, journals, everything; dungeons were soo deep it may not be to the liking of everyone, but these same dungeons offers everything mazes, traps, puzzles the type which gives challenge, it's also friendly to role-players; mages, assassins, warriors, jack of all trades... it's even companion friendly, it feels like an official dlc (except the feel of the dungeons, bethesda doesn't make dungeons that deep)
