   Just make a quality mod on SSE when skse64 come out. without those complicated lauchers and console <=(

   I love how this mod has endorsements when you can't download it. Opened every single link on this page, none are called that. Gotta love false promise modders.

      TLDR;
      Shadowkiller494, if you haven't yet found the link to download Character Behaviors Enhanced, but lost interest because it is not, in fact, mentioned on this page or on the Behavior Organizer page linked to above, here it is:

      For others who find their way here with the same conundrum:
      CBE is a standalone mod, apparently, and just HAPPENS to be on the same files page as a non-mod, external program (Behavior Organizer), because it's by the same author and is only located there because it's not yet ready for mass-consumption. You do NOT need to download Behavior Organizer, because it has absolutely nothing to do with using CBE. None of that, including CBE itself, is mentioned on the Behavior Organizer mod page or this page, other than the allusion here that you need Behavior Organizer to utilize CBE, which is not the case. It still led me down the path of trying to find where CBE is because I'm not the type to shoot first and ask questions later, and while reading the descriptions page linked to, I found no mention of CBE and a quick search on nexusmods.com turned up nothing (at the time of this post).
      
      If someone linked me to the Nexus Mod Manager mod page (not the files page), didn't mention LOOT being found on the files page for NMM, and the description page for NMM didn't mention LOOT either, I certainly would've began looking elsewhere for something mentioning a LOOT download. This obscurity appears to be the current intent, according to a forum post in which the author explicitly states that they want experienced modders to test it out, because it's not yet finished.
      
      I'm apparently one of many for whom this situation was confusing, as the author mentioned in the second post on this page. This is where they state (so you know that it's not hearsay) that you do not need Behavior Organizer, so don't bother with it if you want CBE:

      Here's the official CBE thread, although outdated, if you want a little more information about CBE. At the time of this posting, it doesn't mention the lack of need for Behavior Organizer, but I'll send them a message with that suggestion:

   0.4 isn't patched.
