This mod adds a new Thieves Guild Headquarters in Whiterun. The Thieves Guild never seemed to have branched out beyond Riften. To increase their grasp on Skyrim, a new base of operations has appeared within one of the major holds.

The purpose of this mod is to add 15 unique and diverse followers across Skyrim. Also to give more varieties of race-class combinations for the player to choose from. This mod also adds immersion and population to the taverns and miscellaneous areas within holds.

This mod adds 4 new Conjuration summons available for the player.
