installation:
This is a script, you should put in the folder called scripts. Skyrim\Data\Scripts ... The script folder is inside the DATA folder. as Hadvar says: Nice and easy
problems:
If you've visited a site before you install this mod, nothing will change this location specifically. After installing the mod, look for a place never visited before. If you must all ore veins infinite, must wait three months (game time, not real) or start a new game. Or use some mod respawn fast like this one http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=89
