For now, this mod is a .txt that contains many civilian console codes to add to the population of skyrim.
This will, upon the release of the creation kit, become a mod to permanently add to the population of skyrim.
These NPCs will spawn with different clothes every time so no two will look alike. They will wander around and interact with many objects, they will not move away from were they were spawned.
