Increases the range of the Detect Life, Detect Death, and Aura Whisper (1, 2 and 3) Shouts. Also increases the duration of each level of Aura Whisper - hopefully making it a bit less pointless.

Changes both Detect Life and Death to the original Aura Whisper Range (300 indoor, 500 outdoor) and also increases Aura Whispers range (400 indoor, 700 outdoor) and ups the duration of each - 15 sec for Aura Whisper 1, 30 sec for level 2 and 45 sec for level 3.
