Miss the Frenzy spells of Oblivion where you could cast them on a friendly NPC and get away with killing them? Then you've come to the right place.
This mod simply removes the hostile flag from the Fury effects or spells.
Not sure how well this works with casting overhaul mods. You should probably load my mod after.
Just extract the content to your data folder and activate via Wrye Bash or something.
